■ Overview

HPC high-pressure cage type regulating valve is one of the CV3000 series products.

HPC high-pressure cage type regulating valve is a pressure balanced regulating valve with a compact valve structure, S-shaped fluid channel, low pressure drop loss, high flow rate, and wide adjustable range.

The leakage rate of the regulating valve complies with ANSI B16.104 standard. The regulating valve is equipped with a multi spring diaphragm or cylinder actuator, which has a compact structure and high output force. This product complies with the GB/T4213-92 standard.

■ Valve body

Type: Straight through single seat cast ball valve

Nominal diameter: 40, 50, 80, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300mm

Nominal pressure: ANSI 900, 1500, 2500 JIS 63K Note: DN250~300 No ANSI 2500

Connection type: flange sealing surface type RF RJ

Flange standard: JIS B2201-1984、ANSI B16.5-1981

Welding connection: socket welding SW (40~80mm), butt welding BW (80~300mm)

Material: Refer to Table 2 (Material combination and operating temperature range of valve body and internal components, allowable leakage of valve seat)

Upper valve cover: room temperature type P-5~+230 ℃;

Elongation type I EI+230~+566 ℃;

Note: The working temperature should not exceed the allowable range of various materials.

Cover type: bolt compression type

Packing: asbestos woven packing, graphite packing

■ Valve components

Valve core type: pressure balanced valve core with combination sealing ring or piston ring

Flow characteristics: equal percentage characteristics (% V) and linear characteristics (LV), refer to Figure 1

Material: Refer to Table 2 (Material combination and operating temperature range of valve body and internal components, allowable leakage of valve seat)

Piston ring material: see Table 2

■ Executing Agency

Type: HA multi spring thin film actuator, VA6 single acting cylinder piston actuator, VP double acting cylinder piston actuator

Diaphragm material: Ethylene propylene rubber with nylon cloth, Nitrile rubber with nylon cloth

Spring range: 80~240KPa

Gas supply pressure: 140~400KPa (HA type), 400~500KPa (VA6 type, VP type)

Air source interface: RC1/4 '(HA, VA type), RC3/8' (VP type)

Environmental temperature:- 30~+70℃

Using positive or negative acting actuators to achieve gas closed or gas open valves
